An FTDI FT2232HQ based USB 2.0 to JTAG + GPIO with EEPROM for configuration.

MB0034/5 UNIVERSAL JTAG MODULE
The MB0034/5 is a "castellated" Board-on-Board (BoB) module. It has the following features:
Works with generic and customized FTDI VCP drivers
Support for Altium Hard JTAG chain for FPGA and device programming
Support for Altium Soft JTAG chain for FPGA soft-core CPU debug/download
Hard/Soft JTAG chain multiplexer
3.3V Regulator supports 3.3V to 5V USB bus powering
Built-in dual-source battery charger for portable devices
VCP UART, JTAG, SPI bus, GPIO and FT245 FIFO modes supported based on EEPROM configuration
USB diode protection

CONFIGURATION
To properly configure and use the FT2232 Universal JTAG module as an "Altium JTAG Adapter", you will need:
FTDI's FT_Prog utility (download from the link in the External links section)
The EEPROM configuration template XML file (download from Attachments section of the project)
Connection to a Windows PC via a USB cable
Altium DT05 JTAG adapter drivers
Maybe FTDI VCP drivers
To configure the EEPROM first install FT_Prog from FTDI. Then, download the XML file attached to this project. Plug in the device on a spare USB port, and if prompted by Windows to install drivers, download and locate the FTDI generic Virtual Com Port (VCP) drivers - see also the external links for the driver download. After the drivers are installed, the device appears as an off-the-shelf VCP. Run the FT_Prog utility, and scan for devices:
